Hired Osborne Construction on two different occasions for two separate projects. A composite deck including railing & glass for my back yard and the following year had the front exterior of the house re-vamped with composite decking, aluminum railing, Hardy board for my frontage and cedar boards. Very attentive to detail and a great job done, nicest house on the block now. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for that brand new look and feel. Great job Jake. 
Jake has done two projects for me. Both where done in the timeline set out and both projects where completed for less then the budgeted price!! His work was excellent and the quality is evident in the finished product.

Jake did a fantastic job building a beautiful two-level deck for us. He also installed a wire cable hand railing along with several built-in deck lights. They were extremely professional, conscientious, and talented. We are very impressed with the work they did and the way with which they did it! It took a few days to build and after each day of work, they completely cleaned up the area, sweeping any construction debris and removing all materials that might cause a hazard.
